Private & Confidential
These are the terms and conditions which govern the provision of the goods and/or service to you.
Who you contract with
1
You are not contracting with HotelMap, but instead contracting either directly with your chosen accommodation operator or, depending on the rate you have selected, the supplier of the accommodation booking service whose terms & conditions are referred to within the booking, cancellation and payments terms that appear alongside your chosen hotel room and rate on the booking pages and confirmation pages.
The point at which you contract
1
Completing your booking form and submitting it to us amounts to an offer to contract. Such offer is accepted, and a binding contractual agreement is entered into between you and your chosen accommodation operator or accommodation service provider, when a booking confirmation number is issued and displayed to you, either on screen or in a communication sent to you. The act of issuing a booking confirmation number is contractual acceptance.
2
If you book online, you will receive a booking confirmation number online and/or by email.
3
If you book over the telephone, by email or other form of text messaging service, you will receive a booking confirmation number via your chosen means of communication.
When you pay
1
Unless otherwise stated at the time of making your booking, your credit card details will only be used to secure your booking and no monies will be deducted from your credit card at the time of booking. Certain pre-pay rates are often available and for these the accommodation operator or accommodation service provider will charge you at the time detailed in the booking terms.
2
Unless otherwise stated at the time of making your booking, you will pay your chosen accommodation venue in full when you check-on or check-out.
Your obligations if you do not receive a booking confirmation number
1
If your chosen means of receiving a booking confirmation number is by email and you do not receive a booking confirmation number within 1 hour after your booking is completed, please contact us online at https://HotelMap.com/Modify.
You must check the information on our booking confirmation pages
1
It is your responsibility to check that the information contained on our booking confirmation pages is correct and to immediately contact us online at https://HotelMap.com/Modify if any of the details are not correct.
Your booking confirmation number is important!
1
You must take your booking confirmation number with you to your chosen accommodation venue. If you experience booking difficulties at any time, please contact us online at https://HotelMap.com/Modify.
Cancelling your booking
1
Unless specified otherwise on the hotel booking page, should you wish to cancel your booking, you must do so online at https://HotelMap.com/Modify. Please ensure you have your booking confirmation number to hand.
2
Specific cancellation terms will relate to your chosen room rate and accommodation venue. These will appear on the same web page as the online booking form, the confirmation page and your confirmation receipt, and, to the extent that they are inconsistent with what is written here, such specific terms shall prevail.
3
Failure to arrive at your chosen accommodation venue is likely to be subject to a no-show fee, this may be equivalent to the total cost of your booked hotel stay (inclusive of any taxes). Your chosen accommodation venue will impose this fee and should be contacted directly to discuss.
4
Cancellations or no-show fees may be charged to your credit card without further notice to you by your chosen accommodation venue or accommodation booking service.
